Announcements:

There are several changes to the studio schedule this spring.

The 7am classes on Wednesday Monday and Wednesday morning have been cancelled. We look forward to offering you sunrise yoga in the future.

We are excited to have Nathan Mills one of the highest ranking budokon instructors in the United States teaching at our studio on Mondays. The class now runs  from 6:00 to 7:00pm  on Mondays.

We are adding prenatal yoga and yoga for parents and children to the schedule in March. The classes will run sunday mornings. More info soon.
