Vinyasa Yoga is typically more active than other yoga classes. Students will combine movement with breath to flow through a sequence of poses which invigorate, strengthen and balance the body and mind. These classes can be enjoyed by people of any conditioning and skill level.
Hatha Yoga- a moderately paced class where students receive detailed instruction on how to correctly perform the asanas (poses). These classes can be enjoyed by people of any conditioning and skill level.
Restorative Yoga is a calm, meditative class. Poses are gently held for several minutes at a time with the aid of props which allow the students to relax deeply into each pose. These classes can be enjoyed by people of any conditioning and skill level.
